High purity bismuth is used for synthesis of a wide variety of substances (pharmaceutical products, high temperature superconductive ceramics, oxide crystals), as well as low-melting alloys.

Place and level of practical realization

High purity bismuth production has been organized in NIIC SB RAS for further synthesis of bismuth oxide, used for bismuth ortho-germanate crystals growing.

Discription

Ingots of 7–8 kilograms, packed in polyethylene film, sealed polyethylene sacks and wooden boxes.
